The 2nd reads: Indicis damnati sed cum expurgatione opus permissum; signed: Do.r Callebad[?]. The 3rd-5th inscriptions record purchases of the book, the 3rd in Oct. 1762 by Francisco Valiente, and the 5th in 1922 by David Martin
